Should I take any photographs if I was injured in a slip and fall?
If you are injured in a slip and fall or a trip and fall, you should take photographs after your fall, of the condition that caused you to fall, if you’re able to do so. I understand you may have been injured. You may have been transported to the hospital. But if you have the opportunity to take photographs of the condition, then I highly recommend you do so, or if you’re with somebody else that may be able to take photographs of that condition, then they should do so as well.
