Can my spouse tell me that I cannot see my kids?
Usually that answer is no. One spouse can’t keep another spouse from seeing their kids, unless there is a court order to that effect. Everything in Florida is based on the best interest of the child, so if there is an order regarding time-sharing and one spouse is keeping the other spouse from seeing the child, then there can be an order showing that that spouse is in violation.
