How are liens waived, released, and satisfied?
In Florida, a lien needs to be recorded in the county where the property is located. The same is true for the satisfaction of a lien. If a lien is satisfied, you need to make sure that a copy of that satisfaction of lien is recorded in the same county where the property is located.
