What information should I obtain after my Florida car accident?
After a car accident, you should obtain the name of the other driver, their address, phone number, any other contact information you can think of. Their insurance company name, their policy number. If you can take a photograph of their insurance card, which they may have either in written form or I’ve seen sometimes now that they have it on their phone so that they’ll be able to pull that up pretty easily.
