Do I have to give a recorded statement to the insurance company in a Florida auto accident case?

Depending on the insurance company that’s requesting the recorded statement, if it’s your insurance company, you may be legally obligated to provide a recorded statement to your insurance company under your car insurance policy. If it’s another insurance company, the insurance company of the other driver that was involved in the motor vehicle accident, you should not be giving a recorded statement to those, to that insurance company.
