Are there parties other than the at-fault driver against whom I can take legal action in a Florida auto accident case?

A bar can be responsible under what is called the Florida Dram Shop Act. The actions of the bar must be willful and that is they must have some knowledge or notice that the serving of an alcoholic beverage to an individual, either that individual is perhaps a minor, they’re not qualified to legally consume alcoholic beverages, or if the person has a habitual drinking problem, and they knowingly serve them. Liability under the Florida Dram Shop Act requires a certain element of knowledge and willfulness on the part of the bar, or the serving people in order to be held legally responsible.
