Isn’t the condominium Board required to provide unit owners with Board meeting notices?
Yes. Florida law and most likely your condo documents, the governing documents, the deed restrictions are going to require a Board to provide notice of the meetings. Generally, in Florida, that’s going to be 48 hours notice.
