Who should sign the lease?
The easy answer to that is, whoever’s partied to the lease.
Even though it’s a commercial lease, if it’s an entity or a business, then you’re going to have the principal for the entity or the business sign the lease. If it’s an individual doing business as a sole practitioner, for example, then that individual who owns the owns the sole practitionership is actually going to be the one who signs the lease.
