Marketing Specialist

Join our dynamic and growing law firm as a creative, versatile Marketing Specialist! We’re seeking a contract/freelance professional to help expand our brand presence, showcase our expertise, and attract new clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, grow our online presence, and generate client leads.
  • Collaborate and manage digital or print projects with vendors.
  • Lead our digital strategy on our website and social media channels to keep content current, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Craft copy and content for blog posts, press releases, and other firm communications as needed.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating our brand at small regional conferences and tradeshows, ensuring professional representation of the firm.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience preferred in marketing, communication design — ideally with professional services, law, or related industries.
  • Comfortable in digital media platforms and software (such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities with an eye for professional tone and accuracy.
  • Ability to be collaborative while also managing vendors as needed, and organize/support our brand at local events such as (limited) conferences or trade shows.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Preferably in the Tampa area for limited in-person meetings and collaborating as needed.

Attorney

HD Law Partners, an established, diversified multiple-office, Tampa-based civil litigation practice, is looking for a motivated attorney experienced in areas of first party property defense and or casualty and insurance litigation for our Tampa office. The ideal candidates must have excellent academic qualifications and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. Familiarity with Aderant Total Office/Client Profiles case management system is a plus. Must be willing to work productively and as part of a team. Merger with other practices acceptable. All inquiries will be kept confidential.

Scheduling Clerk/Legal Assistant

Law firm looking for a full time Scheduling Clerk. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Set hearings, depositions, mediations and phone conferences.
  • Heavy telephone use and calendaring of appointments.
  • Coordinate dates with opposing counsel for all meetings and conferences.
  • Handle the scheduling of court reporters on depositions and hearings.
  • Secure videographer and interpreters when needed.
  • Prepare documents, such as, Notice of Hearing, Notice of Taking Depositions, and Notice of Mediation.
  • Handle tasks or projects for secretaries.

Litigation Paralegal

HD Law Partners, an established, diversified multiple-office, Tampa-based civil litigation practice, is looking for a litigation paralegal experienced in the areas of business, first- and third-party property defense and insurance litigation for our Tampa office. The ideal candidates must have prior experience in insurance defense/personal injury litigation, bodily injury homeowners/property and/or general liability litigation, preferred. Prior experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills is also preferred.

Familiarity with Aderant/Client Profiles is a plus. Experience with keeping time is preferred but not necessary. Must be competent and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word/Microsoft Office. The ideal applicant should demonstrate a superior level of working collegiately with others and communicating effectively. Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures and Florida’s e-filing system is preferred. The candidate must be organized and exhibit a desire to excel/work towards long term career goals.

Job duties include summarizing records, bills and supporting documents, creating medical chronologies and billing matrixes, preparing correspondence to clients, managing internal and court mandated deadlines, preparing hearing and trial binders, scheduling depositions, working with experts, and e-filing.
