Jeff Stiller

Attorney Jeffrey M. Stiller is an accomplished litigator and trusted advisor with a diverse legal background spanning insurance defense, estate planning, and probate law. At HD Law Partners, Mr. Stiller represents insurance carriers, homeowners, and businesses in complex property insurance disputes. In addition, he helps families navigate the sensitive and strategic process of drafting and administering wills, trusts, and succession plans.

With extensive experience preparing estate plans for a broad range of clients—including high-net-worth individuals with estates exceeding $50 million—Mr. Stiller brings a depth of knowledge to sophisticated estate structures and asset protection strategies. His practice also includes advising clients on business formations, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Stiller has a unique niche in entertainment law, having reviewed contracts for clients appearing on television, including participants in Netflix’s Love is Blind.

Over his career, he has led estate planning practices in both Florida and Michigan and previously served as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in criminal justice and political science.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Mr. Stiller earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Eastern Michigan University and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where he earned top honors in several subjects including Federal Income Tax, Contracts, and Animal Law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2012 and the State Bar of Michigan since 2013.
