Jonathan Roberts

Associate Attorney Jonathan Roberts was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Clearwater, Florida. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Florida. He received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law while attending the part-time program and working full time.

Prior to attending law school, he worked as a claims adjuster handling bodily injury and Personal Injury Protection claims for over 12 years.

After law school, Jonathan began his career focusing on defending insurance companies from injury and property damages disputes. He now has both defense and plaintiff experience that he uses to assist his clients.

Jonathan is licensed to practice law in Florida and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Jonathan currently resides in Clearwater with his wife and dog, Theo.
