Amanda Mendez

Attorney Amanda Mendez is a Senior Attorney at HD Law Partners, where she brings a strong background in litigation with a focus on first-party property claims, general liability, and criminal defense. Known for her strategic legal thinking and results-driven approach, Amanda is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients through careful analysis, creative problem-solving, and skillful negotiation.

Amanda earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During law school, she served as a board member of the Mock Trial Board and earned top honors in both Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida.

After law school, Amanda began her career as an Assistant Public Defender, gaining valuable courtroom and litigation experience. She later transitioned into private practice at a civil litigation firm, where she focused on insurance coverage disputes and first party property before joining HD Law Partners.

Amanda is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
