When must I make changes to my business registration?

Your business registration is done with the Secretary of State for the state of Florida. You get to make changes at least annually during your annual registration. But if there are any major changes done to your filing status, you’ll also need to make changes then. What I mean by that is if there’s officers and directors that change, if the registered agent changes, or if the operating address for the business changes, you’ll have to immediately make a change at that time as well.
